The staff were very good and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was up to standard and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The ice maker was a convenient feature that came in handy.

There were several disappointing aspects of my vacays at the hotel. the pillows were too soft and lacked options who prefer firmer pillows.

The hotel had a great variety of breakfast options, including delicious vegetarian and vegan choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. we encountered a problem with room service, where we were surprised to find a tray charge for ordering food to the room.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, right next to bus station and in the heart of the city centre. The staff was so attentive and polite, they couldn't do enough for you. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, laundry, and dry cleaning. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, like an ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and a mini-bar. We loved the sitting area and terrace, and the housekeeping kept everything spotless.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Liverpool City Centre. The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Albert Docks and within walking distance of the ACC Liverpool. The room was nice and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to the city.

Our stay in the heart of a bustling city was made even better by the hotel's central location. We were just a stone's throw away from the popular attractions, with shopping and dining options right on our doorstep. Plus, even though the parking area beside us was quite busy, we had no trouble finding a space. The comfortable and well-appointed room was just what we needed after a long day, with a clean and spacious bathroom to match. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from to set us up for the day.

The bar area could have been more comfortable, as it was quite noisy and not the best place to relax in after a long day.

Smallish bathroom, but the bath was a good size. The staff were wonderful and could not be faulted. They surprised us with a special plate of cakes and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The bathtub in our suite was the best I've ever used. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Excellent food for both breakfast and dinner.
